Annual Sponsorships
You are invited to support community events, programs, and projects that help make Hepburn a welcoming place to live, work, play, and belong. Sponsorships and donations directly support recreation, facilities, and community initiatives throughout the year.

The Annual Sponsorship Letter is released each January and sponsorships are accepted year-round.

Event & Program Sponsorships
Businesses and individuals may sponsor festivals, programs, and community events, including but not limited to:
- Clothes Swaps (October & January)
- February Break Programs (February)
- Winter Fest (March)
- Spring Break Programs (March/April)
- Fair Days (June)
- Slopitch League (May–July)
- Community/School Reconciliation Event (October)
- Community Dance & Light the Night (November)
- Christmas Break Programs (December)

Sponsor and decorate a tree (registration opens November 12, 2026)
Charitable Donations & Tax Receipts
Charitable donations are welcome and official donation receipts are available.
Cheques must be made payable to Town of Hepburn and clearly designate the intended group. Please include the completed donation form (available online, at the Town Office, and on Recreation bulletin boards).
Eligible donation designations include:

- Hepburn & District Volunteer Fire & EMS Department
- Hepburn Parks and Recreation
- Heritage Common
