Hepburn & District Arena

Hepburn & District Arena is operated by Town of Hepburn, and serves the residents of the Town and the surrounding R.M. of Laird. Ice is generally available in early December. Arena Season is December to March. Contact Tim at arena@hepburn.ca to inquire about ice time for the 2023-2024 season. Thank you to all our Arena Sponsors! *Season is closed for 2023-2024.

Rentals

Arena Ice Rentals: Check the calendar for available times and email arena@hepburn.ca to book a time. Groups are requested to send in a completed rental form with completed contact information.

Public Skating Schedule

Public Skating is provided to the community of Hepburn & District by sponsors, staff, and volunteers. Helmets are required for all skaters under 18 years of age. Donation Box is provided for contributions to the operations of the arena facility and programs. Suggested donation rates are posted there.

Sundays afternoons - dependent on rentals, hosted by Staff.
Holiday Breaks afternoons - dependent on rentals, hosted by Volunteers (December Break & February Break).
Closed Stat Holidays.

Volunteering

Ice-making Help - November to December - contact Tim at arena@hepburn.ca. Help with flooding and line painting.
Public Skating Supervision & Special Events - December, January, February, & March dates. contact Lisa at recreation@hepburn.ca.
Donations - do you have skates or helmets that you no longer need? Contact Lisa at recreation@hepburn.ca to arrange drop off at Arena or Heritage Common.
