Charitable Donation Receipts:

You can make a CHARITABLE DONATION, and receive an official donation receipt. Make cheques payable to TOWN OF HEPBURN, and clearly designate the group. Complete form here, available at town office and at recreation bulletin boards, and include with your gift. Giving options are listed below:
